We’ve got some exciting news to share! Fortune Title is now officially licensed to handle residential and commercial title work and closings for properties anywhere in the state of New York. This is a great deal for our customers, our partners and our team.
Fortune Title has always said we can handle files for land in all 50 states, especially in the CRE world – and that’s still very true. However, before we got certified as a direct licensee, our team had to work through a network of referral partners for our Empire State deals.
As you may know, the process of becoming a title agent in New York is tough. There’s a lot of box-checking and hoop-jumping, but we figured it was the perfect time to make the investment for the approval. After all, our main office in Roseland is only about 20 miles away from the center of New York City, and everyone – even New Yorkers – deserves a caring, professional title company that prides itself on communication, transparency and professionalism!
This is a great opportunity for all of us. The Fortune Title team is dedicated to providing the best service, and this new licensing is a testament to that commitment.
