President and Founder Nick Timpanaro has devoted himself to the Boy Scouts of America, serving as a local leader for the organization for over 20 years. This role has provided him with the facility to change lives for the better and give back to the community he feels has given him so much in return.

CEO Nicole Timpanaro has continued with this tradition of giving back to the community through her outreach efforts. As a mother, she knows the importance of creating and nurturing a village that will help future generations thrive. Her focus on child welfare spans concerns of healthcare, through the Fighting Children’s Cancer Foundation, and education, through NJ Positive Behavior Support in Schools (NJ PBSIS) and the NJ Seeds Scholars Program.

Through Fortune Title Agency, the Fortune Cares Program is the company’s way of partnering with local, state, and national charitable foundations to provide the community with ongoing contributions and support. In addition to participation in local organizations, outreach efforts include month-long donation campaigns, seasonal food or supply drives, and sponsorship in walk-a-thons.
