3 ways to make this summer review season

Fortune Title Team

This summer may be full of more uncertainty than we’d like, but we know one thing for sure. Fortune Title works with some of the best real estate partners in our markets, and everyone else should know that, too!

But how do you get those positive reviews and ongoing referral business? This recent article isn’t real-estate-focused, but it’s full of great tips. Here are three things worth highlighting.

Do your job right. This seems like a no-brainer, but it’s important. People will want to talk about an experience worth remembering. What are the best ways to make a great impression? Going above and beyond expectations, being responsive to questions, providing updates and quickly addressing concerns are all essential to a five-star customer experience. Coincidentally, those are all things that the Fortune Title team tries to do for our customers each day.

You need to actually ask for kind words. Timing and approach are key when requesting reviews from your happiest clients. Have a plan for how you and your team will ask for feedback. Many clients are willing to give a review but may need a gentle nudge – or three.

Let your strongest supporters know you want reviews, too. Online testimonials don’t have to be from just your one-off customers. They should come from your biggest cheerleaders, too. So, let that group know you would appreciate their words of appreciation. After all, these people know what you’re about the best.

Building up your reviews may feel like an uphill battle at first, but it gets easier, we promise. That’s why we’re ending this piece by asking for a review on our Google and Facebook pages. Yes, we’re putting tips No. 2 and 3 on this list into immediate action. We’ll end this piece by saying we appreciate all our great customers – but those of you who gave us a testimonial for this new site are the real MVPs right now. Thank you again!
